Raleigh Seeks Partial Refund From Developer

The city of Raleigh wants some money back.

City Council members are going ahead with plans to build an underground parking deck at the site of the old convention center.

When the city first negotiated with the developer of the new downtown hotel, an underground parking deck was not in the plans.

Because the city will build the parking area, leaders now want to get some money back from the developer.
