Durham Hopes Billboards Send Message To Criminals

Durham city leaders hope criminals finally get the message through billboards that crime will not be tolerated.

This week, billboards will go up along Durham roadways as well as in DATA buses in an effort to reduce crime.

In recent years, the city buses have become moving targets for gunfire.
