Durham Could Get 500 More Jobs

Durham is in the running to bring 500 new jobs to town.

County commissioners and the city council may offer an incentives package to lure a new window factory. If a deal is struck, the company could move into a vacant plant in Research Triangle Park near Cornwallis Road.

The company's name was not revealed. But officials said it is a supplier for Lowe's Home Improvement.
