Wake Co. Man Faces Indecent Liberty Charges

A Wake County contractor faces charges for taking indecent liberties with children.

Gustavo Alvarez, 43, is charged with abusing two children under the age of 16.

According to authorities, the investigation began in October after the parents of the two alleged victims reported the allegations.

Alvarez is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.

He is scheduled to make his next court appearance on Tuesday.
