Woman found slain in car trunk is buried

The funeral has been held for a woman whose stabbed body was found in the trunk of her car off a highway in Franklin County earlier this month.

Narskelsky Angelean Pastuer was found dead in the trunk of her car in Franklin County in December 2006.

Funeral services were held Saturday for a woman who was found dead in the trunk of her car in Franklin County. She had been stabbed to death.

Narskelsky Angelean Pastuer, 52, of Zebulon was found Dec. 7 in the trunk of her Toyota Camry off U.S. Highway 1 south of Franklinton. She had been missing since  Nov. 8.

Authorities have interviewed Pastuer's former husband and have said he is a "person of interest" in the case.

Before her disappearance, Pastuer had taken out a domestic-violence protection order against her ex-husband, authorities said.
