Investigators spent years trying to figure out who killed seven prostitutes in Cumberland County between 1987 and 2000. Now, one of those cases may be solved.

A grand jury recently indicted Samuel McCullum. Prosecutors believe he raped and strangled Teresa Blackwell to death in 1995. They say DNA evidence helped them crack the case.

Right now, McCullum is currently serving time in Kentucky for sodomizing a teenage girl.

Officials do not think he is connected to the other six cases.
