Fayetteville Police Officer Cleared In Shooting

Prosecutors say the officer who shot a suspect during an undercover drug bust last year acted properly and no charges will be filed.

The State Board of Investigation spent months investigating the case.

Investigators say Renauld Curtis tried to hit police with his vehicle.

Officers shot Curtis multiple times. He survived the shooting.
