INC Research Hires Chief Development Officer

Kevin Keim, a pharmacologist with nearly four decades of experience in research, development and regulatory fields, is the new chief development officer for

INC Research

.

Keim is also a former president of Quintiles Pacific.

INC Research, which is based in Raleigh, is an international contract research organization.

At INC Research, Keim will be responsible for global business development, marketing and communications, regulatory services, early clinical-phase product development services and the pediatrics division. He also will oversee INC Research’s outreach efforts to Japanese pharmaceutical and biotech firms.

Keim’s most recent position was chief executive officer of Vela Pharmaceuticals.
