Integrian

, a developer of mobile digital video technology, is launching a new mobile video surveillance system for use in police vehicles and other public safety vehicles.

The DigitalPatroller DP-2 includes the capability of simultaneous recording from four cameras. It also features additional audio inputs and higher resolution cameras than the DP-1 model.

Users can select from single or redundant recording and either solid state or disk-based hard drives. The system supports wired, wireless or USB cable transmission.

“Some customers need to accommodate extreme vibrations in helicopters or motorcycles, making the solid state hard drive ideal for them,” said Integrian National Sales Director Terry Rash. “Others require more onboard storage and opt for dual hard drives. DP-2 becomes the perfect solution, scaled to whatever the department needs.”
