A receptionist at a Durham retirement community faces charges for setting several small fires.

Three weeks ago, authorities say Virginia Williams set some grass on fire outside one of the buildings at Croasdaile Village. The other fires happened inside the administrative building.

Williams, who has worked at the retirement community for three years, is being charged with arson.
