Bookstore Owner Wallace Kuralt Dies

Wallace Kuralt, the brother of the late CBS News anchorman, Charles Kuralt, has passed away.

Kuralt, 64, was the owner of the Intimate Bookshop in Chapel Hill for more than 30 years.

He stood up for the rights of independent bookstores against mega-chains in the late '90s when he filed a suit against Barnes & Noble.

Kuralt died Saturday in Fort Myers Beach, Fla., after a battle with skin cancer.
