Authorities say the mother involved in a wreck that killed her daughter had drugs in her system.
Fayetteville police say Norelly Lockamy rear-ended a truck on Aug. 3 near the intersection of Bragg Boulevard and Filter Plant Road. The accident killed her 4-year-old daughter, Julissa Robertson.
According to a toxicology report, Lockamy had traces of alcohol and cocaine in her system at the time of the accident.
Lockamy was arrested Tuesday afternoon. She is charged with a number of traffic violations including misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to secure a passenger under 16.
