Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Opens Emergency Room For Kids

Children rushed to the hospital in Fayetteville will now get help in their own emergency room.

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center has opened an emergency room just for kids.

It features 13 beds, its own waiting room and a separate entrance from the main emergency room.

Hospital representatives say they hope the new facility makes an emergency less traumatic for children.
