A man involved in a fiery accident in Henderson last month has been indicted on second-degree murder charges.
Police say a van driven by Gregory Lucas struck a guardrail on I-85. The van flipped off onto an embankment below, but the van's engine landed on the Interstate.
A U.S. mail truck hit the engine and crashed into a grocery truck. The two trucks burst into flames. The driver and the passenger inside the mail truck died.
