Domestic Situation Leads To Alleged Kidnapping In Durham

Authorities say a domestic violence situation in Durham escalated into a kidnapping.

Investigators say a man kidnapped his 4-year-old nephew from his stepfather's house Thursday after the men fought.

The boy was later located in good condition at his grandmother's home in east Durham.

No charges have been filed.
