Cumberland County Substance Abuse Counselor Charged With DWI

A substance abuse counselor for Cumberland County pleaded guilty to drunk-driving charges this week and agreed to get help.

Stuart Bowers was arrested twice in the same day last month for DWI.

According to published reports, the second drunk-driving charge was dismissed as part of a plea bargain.
