A federal investigation has cleared Duke University Hospital of any wrongdoing in an accident that burned an infant.
A small fire broke out during a medical procedure in June and an infant was burned over 5 percent of his body.
Investigators say everything that should have been done was done correctly and the report states the fire was a "random" incident.
The incident happened while the hospital was already under scrutiny. In February, Jesica Santillan died after receiving a heart and lungs of the wrong blood type.
