Man Charged With Rape Fights Extradition To Halifax County

Attorneys for a man accused of rape have filed paperwork to slow his return to North Carolina.

William Skolsky is fighting extradition from Florida. He is charged with raping a Halifax County woman.

Skolsky is also accused of breaking into homes and stealing from a church that tried to help him.

After months on the run, investigators caught Skolsky in Florida in June.
