Two Teens Arrested In Durham Armed Robbery

Two juveniles were arrested Monday and charged with armed robbery.

Authorities said a 33-year-old male was cleaning out his car at around 5 p.m. on Duke University Road when two young males approached him, pointed a gun at his head and demanded money. According to police, the boys fled when they heard someone yell.

Officers later spotted two males matching the suspects' descriptions on Brewster Street and apprehended them after a brief foot chase.

Investigators later questioned the two teens -- a 13-year-old male and a 14-year-old male.
