Work Begins On Two 15/501 Intersections

On Monday a long-delayed road project began near Durham.

N.C. DOT crews will start work on two intersections of N.C. 15-501 --

Erwin Road

and

Europa Drive

.

Crews will move one traffic light and add new ones to improve the traffic flow.

The project will require some lane closings on N.C. 15-501 over the next 15 months.
