Man Charged With DWI After Crashing Into Garner Mobile Home

A man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing his vehicle into a Garner mobile home Thursday night.

The state Highway Patrol said said the driver of the Jeep Cherokee lost control on Old Stage Road and struck several vehicles in a mobile home park before crashing into the mobile home at 9:47p.m.

The driver was taken to WakeMed for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

A woman and several children were inside the home when the accident happened. They were not hurt.
