Johnston Authorities Arrest Associate Pastor For Sexual Assault

Johnston County sheriff's deputies have arrested an associate pastor for sexual assault.

Ronnie Williams, 57, is charged with statutory rape and taking indecent liberties with a 14-year-old girl.

Investigators say the crimes took place between January 1999 and June 2000.

Williams was released on bond Thursday morning.
