Hillsborough Double-Shooting Trial Begins Tuesday

A man accused of gunning down two people during a poker game will go on trial Tuesday.

Investigators say Robert Gattis Jr., also known as Peanut, killed James Long and Nicholas Whitted for money.

The 2002 shooting happened near Hillsborough.

The Orange County district attorney decided not to seek the death penalty in the case.
