Carolina Cobras Set Preseason Schedule

The Arena Football League's Carolina Cobras announced their 2002 preseason schedule today. The Cobras, a third year team in the 16-team Arena Football League, will open the 2002 preseason on the road with a visit to the San Jose SaberCats on Friday, March 29, 2002.

Carolina will conclude the two-game preseason by hosting the Chicago Rush on Saturday, April 6, 2002. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at the Entertainment & Sports Arena.

Monday's announcement puts the final touches on the 2002 schedule, which was released last week. The Cobras open the regular season on Saturday, April 20, 7 p.m., when they host the expansion Dallas Desperados.
