Sorority to sponsor Wilson sheriff debate

The Wilson Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., will
hold a political candidates’ forum on Oct. 24 at 4 p.m. at the Darden Alumni Center, 1665 Lipscomb Road in Wilson.

Candidates for Wilson County Sherriff have said they will participate.

Local candidates for U.S. Congress, the state legislature and local boards and commissions have also been invited. 

The forum is free and open to the public.
