The annual Plane Pull at Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Saturday helped raise $125,000 for Special Olympics North Carolina.

Eighty teams – made up of five members – tried to pull a 30,000 pound jet the fastest. The wining team did it in 8.5 seconds.

The event also featured children’s activities, games, music and food.
