WakeMed offers free prostate cancer screenings

WakeMed Cary Hospital is offering free prostate cancer screenings from 3 – 7 p.m. Thursday.

Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among American men, according to WakeMed. There are no early warning signs or symptoms for the disease.

Advance registration for the screenings is preferred.
