Fishel tees off for Alzheimers North Carolina

WRAL Chief Meteorologist Greg Fishel teed off for a great cause Monday at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary.

Fishel joined Bill Jordan and Lynda Loveland from WRAL-FM/Mix 101.5 for the Stand By Me golf tournament, which raises money for Alzheimers North Carolina. About 70 other golfers, including country music singer Jason Michael Carroll, also participated.

All proceeds from the tournament will go toward North Carolina Alzheimer's patients and their families.

The Stand By Me event has been raising money for Alzheimers North Carolina for two decades.
