New McDonald's in Clayton offering bonuses to new hires

The first McDonald's built since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic will open on Friday in Clayton.

The new restaurant is creating 50 new jobs in Johnston County, according to a release. A $600 hiring bonus is being offered for crew members and $1,000 is being offered as a bonus for management positions.

A hiring day event is scheduled at the restaurant, located at the intersection of Highway 42 and Buffalo Road, on Aug. 10.
