NC State student hospitalized after getting hit by car

The crash happened on Avent Ferry Road near a bus stop across from student housing.
According to a spokesperson for N.C. State, the student was taken to the hospital, and there is no word on the extent of the student's injuries as of Tuesday evening.
The spokesperson said Raleigh police is investigating the accident.
