NC By Train extends summer deal for kids

NC By Train is extending a summer deal for families — $5 tickets for kids.

Through Aug. 31, customers can use discount code V256 when booking to take advantage of the one-way $5 fare for one child ages 2-12 with the purchase of a regularly priced adult ticket, according to a press release.

The offer is valid daily. (It had originally been offered only on select days.) You must purchase the tickets at least one day in advance.

These tickets are valid on both the Piedmont and Carolinian trains in North Carolina.
