NC Bojangles celebrates customer's 105th birthday

A Winston-Salem restaurant chain is celebrating and honoring one of its oldest customers, according to a WXII report.

For 50 years, Charlie Lentz has stuck to the same schedule every Sunday: wake up, go to church, and then Bojangles for lunch. But this Sunday was a bit different.

"This was a big surprise," Lentz said.

He added he's never felt better, and aside from the free food, there's something he's thankful for.

"To be alive," he said. "That’s what I’m thankful for, to be alive."
