N.C. Lacrosse Coaches Association has announced its girls' lacrosse all-state team

The North Carolina Lacrosse Coaches Association has announced its 2023 girls lacrosse all-state selections for the 2023 season.

Honorees across all four classifications qualified for one of three teams.

The HighSchoolOT All-State team and final team rankings for this past season will be released later this summer.
