N.C. boater found dead

The Coast Guard and the Currituck County Sheriff's Office searched 19.5 square nautical miles for the unidentified man after his 18-foot boat was found unmanned in Tull's Bay, off Currituck Sound, on Sunday night.

Authorities said Monday that they found the body of a boater after an overnight search near Currituck Sound.
