Motorcyclist injured in Raleigh school bus crash

A motorcyclist was severely injured Tuesday in a crash involving a Wake County school bus.

The crash occurred after 7:30 a.m. at Lynn Road and Glendower Road in Raleigh.

The school bus driver and one passenger on the bus were not injured.

A neighbor who witnessed the crash said the motorcyclist hit the back of the bus while on Lynn Road.

The motorcyclist, a man, was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
