Monday meal plan: Reindeer pancakes!

Homemade pizza using whole wheat veggie dough ball from HT, mushrooms, fresh spinach, onions, black olives (recipe for the crust is in the WRAL Recipe Database in the link above - search "dough ball pizza crust")
Steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with a touch of Parmesan

Chicken lasagna (Stouffers frozen family size on sale with coupon last week – it’s a really busy day and evening so I needed an easy meal)

Egg, turkey bacon (from Lowes Foods sale through 12/18 with coupon), cheese and biscuit sandwiches
Raw veggies (carrots, celery, cucumber slices) dipped in a little light ranch dressing

Reindeer pancakes breakfast: This morning I batch cooked pancakes to have for breakfast this week and my daughter and I got a little creative. You can see our version of “reindeer pancakes” in the picture above. I used Butterball turkey bacon for the antlers (on sale with printable coupon at Lowes Foods through 12/18), M&M’s for the eyes and a raspberry for the nose. They were adorable! She also made an adorable snowman.
