Mom-Me Connections: Finding the right mom group

Jill Lokitz, a professional life coach, mom of two, and a co-founder of Mom-Me Connections, shares some tips for new moms searching out their first moms group.

Lokitz came to the Triangle several years ago when her older daughter was just a few months old. She joined many groups, she tells me, before she found what works for her.
