Missing Raleigh boy found safe
Jacob Kirton, 8, was was last seen Wednesday evening at 3004 Plaza Place, off Queenstown Court.
Raleigh police quickly located an 8-year-old boy who had been reported missing Wednesday evening.
Jacob Kirton had last been seen at 3004 Plaza Place, off Queenstown Court.
Officers searched the area and found Jacob at about 10:30 p.m., Raleigh police spokesman Jim Sughrue said.
The department's watch commander told WRAL News that an Amber Alert was in the process of being issued. Officers found Jacob safe before that happened, however.
