Mega Millions jackpot reaches $1.35 billion, second largest jackpot in lottery's history

After there was no winner Tuesday, the Mega Millions jackpot has climbed to a historic $1.35 billion, the lottery's second largest jackpot ever.

After no ticket matched all six numbers drawn Tuesday night, the jackpot rose to the lottery's second largest jackpot ever.

The only Mega Millions jackpot larger than Friday’s is the game record of $1.537 billion, won in South Carolina on Oct. 23, 2018.
