Marbles sets dates for annual Kickoff to Kindergarten

Marbles Kids Museum's Kickoff to Kindergarten, an annual event designed to help kids make the big step into kindergarten, is on this summer.

The event offers opportunities for kids to practice in a lunch line, hop on a school bus and take part in other typical school day activities.

There are two sessions. The first, scheduled. for 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, June 24, is for rising year-round kindergartners. The second is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 21, for rising traditional kindergartners.

Admission is free for rising kindergartners and their families. Pre-registration for a timed entry, however, is required.
