Marbles adds new Monday hours for summer

Marbles Kids Museum unveiled some new summer hours on Monday, Memorial Day.

Starting this week and through Labor Day, the museum will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays. The popular Raleigh museum also won't host any field trips on Mondays - making for a less crowded play experience for kids.

If you haven't been to Marbles in the last year, there are several new additions - the new Sun Sprouts Fort, Tree Tunes and StepNotes, which opens June 9. The IMAX theater also has some great documentaries - National Parks Adventure 3D and A Beautiful Planet 3D.
