Man shot, killed at Fayetteville nightclub

A 32-year-old man was shot to death outside a nightclub on Murchison Road in Fayetteville late Wednesday, police said.

Officers responding to reports of a shooting found Randolph Richardson outside the Sleekarrow nightclub, 1911 Murchison Road, around 11:30 p.m., police said. He had been shot in the left shoulder and upper chest.

Richardson was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, were he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made, but the investigation is ongoing, police said.
