Man shot, killed at Fayetteville convenience store

Police have identified the man killed Wednesday at a convenience store in Fayetteville.

Around 7 p.m., officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the Time Saver gas station at 5555 Murchison Road.

Donte Lucas, 36, was found with a gunshot wound to the head. Lucas was later pronounced dead at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
