Man seriously injured in stabbing on Roxboro Street in Durham

A large police presence could be seen in Durham on Friday morning, with multiple police cruisers and yellow tape blocking off a building on the 2800 block of N. Roxboro Street.

Police reported to the scene around 8:29 a.m. Upon arrival to the scene, officers found a man had been stabbed.

He was taken to the hospital with injuries described as life-threatening.

According to preliminary investigation, this appears to be an isolated incident.
