Man seriously injured in north Raleigh shooting

A man was seriously injured Sunday in a shooting near the 1000 block of Wake Towne Drive in north Raleigh.

According to officers with the Raleigh Police Department, police found 23-year-old Carlos JuJuan Todd around 1:30 p.m. with two gunshot wounds near the Trader Joe's off Wake Forest Road.

Todd was transported to WakeMed in serious condition.

Police have not released any suspect information. The incident is under investigation.
