Man killed while walking on I-95 in Nash County

Troopers say a driver hit and killed a man who was walking in the middle of the road on Interstate 95 near mile marker 125 Tuesday night.

The man's name was not released. However, authorities said he was a Hispanic man in his 20s. The driver will not be charged, officials said.

It was unclear why the man was walking on the highway.
