20-year-old man fatally shot in Durham

Durham police are investigating a homicide that happened Saturday evening in the 3600 block of Guess Road.

Durham Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting shortly before 6:45 p.m. Upon arrival, the officers located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man, who was identified as Brandon Taylor Winston, 20, of Durham, was transported to a local hospital where he died shortly after.
