Pervis Wallace Knotts, 64, of 201 Brandywine Drive, made the threat at the Planet Fitness at Cary Towne Center on April 12, according to the warrant for his arrest. He was being held at the Wake County jail on $1,000 secured bond and ordered not to contact the gym.
