Man charged with exposing himself at shopping center

Police have charged a man with exposing himself to a teen outside a Raleigh shopping center.

Randall Joseph Norris, 42, who has been living in the Wendell area, was arrested Tuesday on three counts each of indecent exposure and indecent liberties with children.

The charges stemmed from a Sunday incident in which a man repeatedly exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl in the parking lot of the Falls Pointe Shopping Center, at the intersection of Falls of Neuse and Durant roads, police said.

Detectives were conducting a follow-up investigation on Wednesday to determine whether there were other victims, police said.
