As the man was loading the last of the cars onto the truck, the driver, his truck and the trailer were hit by a small red car.

Authorities on Friday released the names of the men involved in a deadly crash Monday U.S. Highway 70 Business in Clayton.
Seydina Ndiaye, 26, is charged with felony death by motor vehicle. He is believed to have been impaired, his third DWI charge in the course of a year.
Yurii Vakhniak was loading cars for transport to Tennessee from Frontline Motors in Clayton when he was struck and killed by Ndiaye, authorities said.
